Rezum

Rezum Therapy is a minimally invasive treatment that uses water vapour (steam) to relieve the symptoms of benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH), or enlarged prostate. Using natural thermal energy, this therapy reduces excess prostate tissue that causes urinary blockage—without cutting or removal of tissue.

The procedure is performed using a handheld device inserted via a small telescope (cystoscope) into the urethra. The radiofrequency-generated steam targets the enlarged prostate, and over time, your body naturally absorbs the treated tissue, restoring urinary flow.

At Urology SA, Dr Jehan Titus and Dr Jimmy Lam are highly skilled in Rezum therapy and offer the full range of modern BPH treatments. They provide personalised consultations to help determine the best option for each patient.
